The only way that you could get one for free, is to get it from a friend that's also a breeder or go to a shelter/the pound. GOOD LUCK!

For free, that's pretty much impossible but the best thing you can do is getting one from a shelter/rescue. Go to http://www.petfinder.com and type in the breed. Look carefully and maybe you'll find what you're looking for.
