Will my dog be okayyy :( ?

The dog was left in a room alone for a while, and there was a plate of chips with lots of salt and vinegar on them, and i came back in the room, and all the chips had gone, my dog eaten them, will she be okay?
shes only a Miniature yorkshire terrier.

She should be fine, make sure theres plenty of water in her bowl for her. If shes sick it'll be from over eating. My girlfriend has a miniature yorkie and she's stolen a 6inch meatball subway and got away with it!

I'm sure she'll be fine. Dogs can withstand more than you think. Just, be more careful not to let anything harmful where she can get it.

She will be thirsty. Keep an eye on her she may have an upset tummy.

She might have a very upset stomach through out the night so don't be surprised in she vomits. If the vomiting becomes excessive take her to the vet immediately because it can turn into Pancreatitis.

Careless, neglect etc…. RSPCA will be in touch, however the dog should be ok providing it drinks plenty of fluids to compensate the salt. Oh and may appear pregnant so just walk a few extra miles a day!

I think she'll be just fine. Here's a link that shows you the food that's bad for dogs and these are the ones you should avoid from getting into your dog's plate.

If she's a miniature of a tiny breed, she's already set up for some problems but I digress…

She'll likely have an upset stomach, maybe some vomitting/diarrhea. It it continues for more than 24 hours go to the vet.
I hear that these teacup/pocket/minis can die from a bout of vomitting or diarrhea that most dogs would normall recover from. Watch her very closely for the next day.

She should be ok, will probably need a LOT of water over the next few days to flush her system.

Just keep an eye on her. If she gets lethargic, stops eating, or vomiting take her in.

She'll be fine. Just keep checking on her in case she vomits or has any weird behavior. It's just chips. If it had been a bowl of chocolate it would have been a whole different story. :)

She should be fine, may have loose stools and could vomit. If this turns out to be excessive then contact your vet as young dogs and small dogs can dehydrate very quickly.Ensure she has plenty of fresh drinking water available.Moral of the story is never leave anything that is unsuitable for a dog lying around. But guess most of us have done it at one time or another.

make sure she has plenty of water and dont leave her near any chips again. Bet she loved them though and now she will be as sick as a dog
