I just bought a parti female yorkie. She’s all white. I’ve seen advertised parti yories and biewer yorkies while I was searching. And I cannot find out anywhere what the difference is. My dog is a full bred yorkie and I have her papers.
They are both just badly bred dogs bred by unethical backyard breeders/puppy mills.
The history of Biewers is so sparse most likely because of the poor breeding practices that were used to develop the "breed". Mixing breeds, inbreeding, and breeding for colour over structure or health.
The piebald gene is a recessive gene, meaning that mass inbreeding usually takes place to get it to occur regularly in litters.
Yes, you can get AKC papers for a parti-yorkie, but the dog cannot be shown as the colour is undesireable. Hopefully you didn’t pay too much for such a dog. I’m sure she’ll be a great pet, but if she’s from a backyard breeder who made this out to be special, expect a lifetime of hereditary problems.

If you dont have a lot of money, you dont need to get a dog. Make sure you can provide vet trips, meds, food, exc for the dog before going out any buying one.

I agree with the first poster. Coco is the perfect name for a Yorkie puppy. Her coat is the color of chocolate and she’d obviously be named after Chanel.

and I know enough about yorkie so please keep your opinions about back yard breeders I mean I want a smaller AKC yorkie in the 4-5 lbs range rather than 9 lbs only because they are easier to travel with
Teddy bear face is another term for SHORT nose please keep opinions to your self because they are useless.
When you contact breeders, make sure to ask them many questions about their breeding program. Ask them for references from others that have bought dogs from them in the past. Then, contact those puppy buyers to find out how their experience went with that breeder.

How Can I Calm My Yorkie Down When She’s Having a Haircut?

Hey, my puppy is 10 months old and today I took her for her first haircut, and 30 minutes later the lady called me and told me that she couldn’t cut my puppy’s hair because she had gone crazy, she was so stressed and at the end she couldn’t do anything. Can someone help me please?
Here’s my idea:
Start by taking your Yorkie there occasionally. Don’t have their hair cut, just take her for a short visit. After 2-3 times, have her hair cut, but stay there with her. Just talk soothingly with her. Keep taking her in periodically to visit so she will stay comfortable with the salon. After a couple trips with her to cut her hair, she shouldn’t need you any more. Hope that helps!

all ways take them out after they eat and when you get home if they do there Business in Your house try and catch them in the act tell them bad bad dog take them outside don;t hurt them or they will be afraid of you when they do there potty outside praise them saying good dogie run and love them show them that it a good thing going outside walkthem when you dee them potty out side tell them good dog if they do it inside bad bad dod or there name i don;t hit children or dogs talking allways is you;r end result the listen to good luck love them they all ways will love you xxxoo

i want a teacup yorkie puppy!
ok so heres the jist of what everyone is thinking when you ask that.
1. teacup yorkies are not a breed. they are the unhealthiest and smallest of every litter bred to create super tiny super unhealthy dogs that will end up costing you a fortune in vet bills.
2. adoption fees are put in place to prevent irresponsible owners and people who cant afford to take care of the dogs from getting them. so basically if you cant afford to spend a decent amount for a healthy pet, how can people know that when your pet gets sick, which it will, you will have the money and the ability to get it help?
as for your question, i would suggest looking at petfinder.com to find a rescue that is affordable and the right breed for you. good luck

I’m going to get a Teacup Yorkie and its going to be a girl. since these dogs are so small i wanted her to have a name that’s fierce like Bear or something. Any ideas??

You have to understand that "Tea Cup" puppies are a scam by Backyard Breeders who breed small dogs to get puppies that are tiny runts called "Tea Cups". These dogs have genetic issues that give them in-bred diseases that almost always kill them long before regular Yorkies live.
