Teacup Yorkie Puppies

I am looking for a female Teacup Yorkie puppy. I need it to cost no more then $350. Does anyone know of a breeder in Minnesota, or any websites that are easy to understand and dont have a bunch of scam? I live in the Minneapolis St. Paul area, and would drive to buy the puppy. Thank you!
Does anyone know of just a Yorkie Breeder? I dont want to go to a shelter because i want a puppy, not a dog that has been through something tragic and will be crazy.

well I do to live in MN I got a great Yorkie I got my yorkie almost 2 years ago through a Breeder in Albert Lea / Freeborn my breeder retired after that litter. Ill post a few links to some breeders. I found in the star tribune. Dont buy from a pet store like amazenfarmyard, Cuddlemepuppies, Fourpawsandatail, or the HarMarpetstore they all come from puppy mills And Bell Kennels, Pet land ect, Always go to the breeders home and meet the parents and litter mates before you make a purchase of any puppy. You will not find a quality bred yorkie for 350.00 I paid nearly triple that price for my yorkie. And she was from a small breeder 1 male 1 female. So Save your money and buy one later, or expect to purchase a sick puppy.

You can’t…..,and if you do, know that this is just a trick to get you to buy sickly runt dogs that I promise you will cost you a ton of money in health problems!!

Please…..just Google Yorkie Rescue in PA…..There are several Yorkie Rescue Leagues that will let you adopt a puppy, or a senior! These are the SAME dogs that the Amish and the other terrible BYB’s could not sell, or bad owners turned them in. Also, lot’s of elderly die and the pup has no where to go. And, you can adopt one for a fraction of the$ you will spend at a breeder. Also, all of the Rescue dogs have had shots, are micro chipped, and sometimes already trained for you!

So, there is NO such thing as a TEACUP!

I really would love a little puppy Yorkie, but they are all so dame expensive! What sites, or breeders in California, or anything! That could get me this little puppy for under $300?

1. Teacup is not a "Type" of Yorkshire Terrier. If you want a Yorkshire Terrier. There is only one size. Standard size. Teacup often refers to runts, and small sickly puppies that have lots of health problems.

2. For $300.00 you can’t get from a reputable breeder, only a Backyard Breeder or Puppymill- People who just breed dogs together, make puppies, Don’t health test or anything, and charge for profit. However some BYB’s do take them to the vet’s but don’t be fooled, they most likely will NOT health test any of their puppies. Which mean it can most likely have a genetic disease down the road. Costing lots of $$$ in the future in vet bills.

3. You should check out any Yorkie Rescues in your state, I’m sure they’ll have one.

4. Check your Local shelter or Animal Control, they usually have lots of loving dogs, that will be Euthanized if no one adopts them.

5. Check the Humane Society in your area. They will most likely have puppies there too. Maybe not Yorkshire Terriers but you may see a puppy you connect with.

6. If none of those options are possible- get to know a Reputable Yorkshire Terrier Breeder in your area, and see if they can do a payment plan for you, as these puppies tend to cost anywhere from $700-$1500 depending on pet or show quality.

7. Research the breed, really get to know common health problems, what to look out for, house breaking a puppy, and more. Educating yourself, will lead to a better life for you & your dog.

I found an add in the paper and was wondering how long, how tall, and how much will one weigh, if I buy it. Can any one give me an idea? I noticed the add said teacup, so this seems small. I want it to stay small. Any help appreciated.

Oh no… PLEASE don’t get it!

First – They are advertising in the PAPER!
Second – It is a mutt, Yorkie, Poodle, Chihuahua mix.
Third – Teacups are unhealthy runts with LOTS Of health problems.

You know how they get "teacup" dogs? They breed runts together, and produce tiny, unhealthy dogs. And since it is a mix of THREE breeds AND a runt, no one knows!

You wont get a tiny teacup anything from a good breeder.
