were can i get little to free teacup yorkie puppies around albany newyork
I am always concerned about these questions.
The purchase price of the dog, no matter how high, is almost certainly the tiniest percentage of the cost outlay for responsibly owning a pet. If you can not afford to purchase a pet from a responsible, reputable breeder then please consider whether you can truly afford to have a dog.

Free and teacup NEVER go in the same sentence.
I won’t explain, I’m tired of doing so. Read this and decide if you want a "teacup" anything at all (before trying to get one for free, which is nigh on impossible with any dog).

Try your local shelter – plenty of poorly bred little mutts who deserve a 2nd chance there.

No such thing as a "teacup" anything. Thats just a label used by irresponsible breeders to sell unhealthy runts for a high price.
You’re not going to find a yorkie puppy for free or cheap. Its a highly desired purebred.. it costs money to breed them, they often need cecarians, and typically have small litters.
You might have luck trying rescue to get a young yorkie http://www.petfinder.com you may find one for a few hundred that is completely vetted.

Oh dear….
Right (again), "teacup" (I use inverted commas because there’s no such thing) puppies of any breed are unhealthy undersized runts and no responsible prospective dog owner should ever buy one.
I would question why you want a free puppy; if it’s because of monetary reasons then how are you going to handle all the other expenses involved with owning a happy, healthy dog? Immunisations, equipment, food, grooming equipment, bedding, toys, vet bills in case of illness or emergency, etc?
If you want a yorkshire terrier pup then you should buy one from an AKC registered breeder, or alternatively go to your local rescue centre and rehome a dog which will cost you a lot less in terms of purchase price. If you really do want a healthy, responsibly bred Yorkie pup then I would assume that like the UK Kennel Club, the AKC has a list of registered breeders in your area.

FREE dogs are often the most expensive of all! Others have addressed the misnomer of "teacup", which is just a label that means it is too small to be healthy! I know, I rescued one a few years ago and she was just diagnosed with encephalitis. The vet bills right now are at about $2500. Are you prepared for that???
There is no such thing as a teacup or a free dog!
Do your homework. And make sure that you can afford to properly care for a dog. They live 12 to 18 years (if healthy) and cost upwards of $700 a year for annual care, food, and supplies. Then crisis care can be thousands of dollars.
Please do not get a dog that you cannot afford. Shelters are already full of them. Don’t contribute to the problem.
