Just breed two "regulation, soup bowl size" yorkies. Put the mother on a really low protien diet….only allow the puppies to nurse for 5-10 minutes a day. You should have an entire litter of "Teacup" yorkies ready in a few months.
You could just get a mouse and have some hair extensions put on.
