I have a regular Yorkshire Terrier and I would like to breed her with a teacup Yorkie. What will that end me up with?
A poorly bred Yorkie and an unhealthy dog. There is no such thing as a teacup anything. They are typically the runt of the litter. It is a great way to make thousands off a dog who would ordinarily be put down. Thank you, Paris & Britney.
So what you are really asking is, "what will happen if I breed a Yorkie with an unhealthy Yorkie?" The entire point of breeding is to BETTER the breed by improving the genetic stock. Breeding a poorly bred dog does not improve the gene pool.

A yorkie.
There is NO such thing as a teacup.
It’s usually the more sickly/runt of the litter given a pretty name so people will purchase it.

Probably end up with teacup yorkies and maybe a few regular ones.

Please, please don’t.

There is no such thing as a teacup yorkie so you’d be breeding a yorkie to another yorkie. Only one would be small and sickly from a puppy mill or backyard breeder that is trying to use a cute name to overcharge for a poorly bred puppy. So you’d end up with a yorkie, not a well bred yorkie at that.

You will end up with unhealthy puppies. BYB isn’t smart. You should contact a professional, and get your dog(s) fixed. Now.

a sickly unhealthy dog who will have more problems then you want to count.

Poorly bred runts that are sickly and undersized. Teacups are just runts bred by BYB and puppy mills. Why would you want to take your championship dog and bred with something so out of standard? OHH your dog is not a champion right than get your poor quality dog fixed.

Well, there is no such thing as a "teacup" anything. "Teacup" breeds are the results of taking the runts from different litters and breeding them together to get more runts. They are usually sickly and sometimes inbred.
However, if you have both a yorkie and a "teacup" yorkie, you will just end up with a litter of yorkies (some of them may be a little smaller than usual). If you are planning to breed them, be sure that the "teacup" is the male. If you breed a regular sized male to a "teacup" female, there will most likely be more complications than usual due to the size of the puppies.

Ouch, making a dog breed with glass has got to be painful.

Is this a joke question? Like a "knock knock" joke? Or a "how many(…)does it take to screw in a lightbulb" one?
Okay, i’ll play!
You would get a poorly bred, likely undersized runt type dog with poor genes and (likely) poorer health.
Or you would get a dog with a handle on it. Maybe a spout.

You’d end up with some poorly bred yorkies.
Spay and neuter your dogs.
