There isn't any such thing as a teacup yorkie. You can research the breed and find out more. Here is a link for breeders that you can trust for your area and another for a site with lots of information about the breed.

As mentioned, there is no such thing as a 'teacup' Yorkie. You should avoid breeders that market their dogs as such. They are generally trying to charge high prices or are very clearly uneducated about the breed which they are working with. Either case is not a good scenario.
