You should check your local dogpound, humane society first! Because then you could get your puppy for very cheap or free, and be saving it's life! If that doesn't work out you could try craigslist.com

Once again, there is no such thing as a teacup anything. Anyone who tries to sell you a teacup is an unethical breeder and should be avoided.
The Yorkshire Terrier Club of America has some very specific codes of ethics and codes of conduct that they require of ethical breeders. Visit their site and check it out. And then, being your search for a healthy yorkie from a good breeder.
Remember that buying from an unethical breeder like a BackYard breeder, a pet shop, or a puppy mill will mean more chance that you were ripped off, that your dog has underlying genetic disorders, and that you are supporting shelter overpopulation & euthanasia.
Also consider that the cost of a puppy does not end once you get the dog home. Yorkies are prone to VERY expensive illnesses that can cost well over $1000 to fix. If you can't afford that at the drop of a hat, then you can't afford a dog. Be honest with yourself about it.
