Just find a yorkie breeder and see if they have any runts for sale. After all, that is all they are. They are not a separate breed. There is only one size of yorkies. No small, med, or large. or teacup.

No such thing as a teacup anything - just undersized, smaller than standard sickly runts sold by scam breeders to rip unsuspecting people off.

Cheap means its from a puppy mill.

It won't be cheap in the long run. These undersized dogs have lots of health problems leading to lots of vet bills.

There is no such thing as a 'teacup'. They are not recognized by the AKC as an actual breed size, the smallest breed size recognized is toy. All 'teacup' dogs are are the runts of toy dogs bred together by backyard breeders to create tiny, sickly dogs with a cutesey name tacked on. They are scams, and only backyard breeders breed them.

Please don't support the backyard breeders and mill breeders who produce these poor animals. You will only end up with a short lived, sickly dog that will cost you an absolute fortune in vet bills.

If you go out hunting down a 'teacup' there will be TONS of puppy mills lined up to PROMISE you one. But, unfortunately what you will get is a sick puppy, most are sold sick, and most are sold under the age of 6 weeks, so that they look smaller. Most will die when you get them as they are from unhealthy unethical puppy mills.

The way you say you want a cheap teacup puppy, just sets you up as a target. So do yourself a favor and educate yourself. Don't rush out and ask people where to find a teacup. Ask instead where to find a reputable Yorkshire breeder. Start there. Go to AKC and perhaps look for a local breeder. Not all poeple listed on AKC are ethical though, so again, do your homework and know waht to look out for!

Don't buy from someone you can't meet in person at their home. Don't buy from someone who won't show you the parents, whatever the excuse is. Don't buy from someone in a parking lot, and don't have any shipped to you. Be careful of anyhone who PROMISES to sell you a TEACUP! Be careful of breeders you find in your local paper. Also don't expect a CHEAP puppy, if you want a healthy one. Ethical breeders put a large amount into their adult dogs in vaccines, worming, parasite prevention, training, high quality food and proper vet care and a healthy environment for their adult dogs and puppies ect. They pay a good deal for their adults, so that they sell quality, not quantity. Puppy Mills can sell cheap. They raise 100's of dogs in tiny little cages. They get 100's of puppies. They don't vaccinate and they sell the puppies to young, they don't feed the mothers of fathers enough, and they don't let the adults out of the cages so it cost as little as possible to produce sick puppies. So they can sell cheap, they have 100's. Most die, but they can just make new ones to sell.

DON"T go out looking for a CHEAP teacup puppy.
Go out looking for a reputable breeder, or adopt from the shelters.
DON'T set yourself up to be ripped off, and DON'T promote puppy mills with wanting a CHEAP TEACUP.

Ethical breeders ARE out there, but you have to hunt for them, and learn what to expect, and what to watch out for.

First off, there is no such thing as a "teacup" Yorkie. It's a term used by unethical breeders to describe dogs bred to be extremely small with no regard to the overall health of the animal. These are the types of breeders that you should avoid at all costs.

I would suggest that you research a breed BEFORE trying to acquire one so that you can avoid being taken advantage of and can enable yourself to make a wiser choice of breeder/dog.

Secondly, breeding ethically is not a cheap venture, therefore netiher are the dogs. Breeders have cost they have to cover by charging for the pups they place. You need to adjust YOUR budget to match a breeders expenses, not expect THEM to lower THEIR standards to meet YOUR demands.

If you funds are limited, then you may want to consider a rescue or dog from a shelter. Otherwise, you will have to bite the bullet and save your funds just like everyone else.
