I think everyone just has the same board. Perhaps contact Dog World newspaper. I know they do show results weekly so may know where you could find one. Yorkies are very cute though very yappy.

Afraid there's no such thing as a Teacup Yorkie. Same applies for all dog breeds. 'Teacups' are the runts of the litter and are named 'teacup' to try and get more money for something that should be sold cheaply, if at all.

If you don't believe me, check out the links below or do an internet search yourself.

If you want a healthy Yorkie, get a normal one. You can lists of registered breeders either on the Kennel Club website, or the Irish Kennel Club website.

You can find one at a puppy mill or you can pay $2000 to a backyard breeder.

Yorkshire terriers are already small, why do you need a "teacup" one? Anyways, there is no such thing as a teacup anything. That name is just given to runts that are bred over and over again until it reaches a size that the breeder is satisfied with. These dogs have ton of health problems as well.

You can't because there is no such thing. No kennel club in the world recognises teacup Yorkshire terriers or miniature Yorkshire terriers. Dogs advertised as such are just overpriced and deliberately bred runts and are prone to a whole load of health problems.

If you want a Yorkshire terrier fine but get a normal sized one-they are a toy breed anyway so should be small enough for you.

Teacup is rather an unfortunate term for small dogs, miniature is better. Dogs this small are hard to find and when you do you can expect to pay well over the odds for them since the 'celebrities' made them popular. Get in touch with the Irish equivalent of the Kennel Club and ask if there are any registered breeders producing miniature Yorkies, also look find Yorkshire Terrier breed clubs, they should be able to point you in the right direction.

Some numpties on here are saying that miniatures are runts, what a load of cobblers. These are most likely the ones that cull dogs that don't come up to the expectations of 'the breeder'. They have as big a place in the dog world as any other dog and are as much loved and cherished. The bitterness, conceit and arrogance within the dog world is disgusting and does absolutely nothing for any dog no matter what it's breed.
