Toy Yorkies are standard yorkies. They are (toy) small breed. They should get no more than 7 lbs. I guess they could be hyper if you don’t exercise them, which is the case with most if not all dogs.

No there’s no such thing. The breed has one size, under 7 lbs. Why would anyone want a dog smaller than that?

You are pretty much wasting our time, since a minor cannot purchase or adopt a dog.
