looking for a free toy yorkie puppie?
Iam in search of a toy yorkie puppie does anyone know where I can find one
Hi!
Yorkies that come miniature, are not healthy, and are 2 runts breed together, to make a 'cute' puppy, and even if it was safe and the dog was healthy you would not get the dog for free. If you want a dog for free im going to say you probably won't be able to pay the vet bills for a minature yorkie! Try a different breed. Good luck!

Toys R Us has a lovely selection of toys.. Im pretty sure I've seen a yorkie there. They wont give it for free tho.
Yorkies do not come in "toy" sizes.. they come in ONE size only. You wont find a small, highly desired, purebred puppy for free. You might find a yorkie for a fair adoption fee thru shelter or rescue tho http://www.petfinder.com

No such thing!! Nothing is free!

What is it going to take to make you people understand that Yorkies only come in one size. There is NO such thing as a TOY YORKIE, or any other kind of toy or teacup size dog. Want to verify it? Go to AKC.ORG. Of course you can get a poorly bred runt from a puppy mill, pet store or unreputable backyard breeder. A pup that will be riddled with health issues and will die at a very early age.
Even if there was such a thing, why do you think that someone would give you one for free?

LOL-sorry,even the Goodwill & SallyAnn's & Vinnys charge a dollar or so for stuffed animals.

I have a toy Yorkie…toy meaning SIZE. You are not going to find one for free bottom line. Its impossible. Also beware of any sites that have them for under 400 - and say they are from Nigeria or traveling to Nigeria. They're all impostors. You need to get the dog from a breeder. They are the only ones that can guarantee the size to be classified as a "toy" or a "teacup"

While you are out there - wherever - please keep an eye out for a free toy unicorn too - I am definitely looking for one.

like everybody else said THEY ARE NOT TOYS!!

Yorkshire terriers are toys- they're classified in the 'toy' group of dogs by the AKC. The term is legitimate: unlike 'teacup', it doesn't mean a particularly small yorkie, it's just the group the breed is put in. The AKC dog groups are toy, terrier, sporting, hound, working, non-sporting, herding, and miscellanous. Why they're not just in the terrier group is beyond me, but there you go. All yorkies are toys, so the term is redundant. It's like saying you want a hound basset hound, or a non-sporting boston terrier.
This is definitely a warning sign that you need to do more research.
It's unlikely you'll get a free yorkie puppy anywhere. Try dogsindanger if you're in America, or the breed rescue pages listed below if you're in the UK.

Dogs are expensive. Even if you get a dog free, you still have to pay for all the vet checkups, vaccinations, food and many other things. If you need a Free dog, you should second guess even owning a dog.
If you are going to get a dog. get one from your local animal shetler. You are saving a life. Even though you will have to pay a small fee, the fee covers all the expensive vaccinations and spay and neutering.
