Where can I adopt a Yorkie or Toy Poodle?

A rescue in your area. Never buy a dog from a pet store. Just look up on petfinder.com where you can get some.

Try Petfinder.com, or try to find a yorkie or poodle rescue. You can search for rescue groups and shelters on petfinder too. Between $100-$300 is usually the adoption fee at most shelters and rescues, its different at every shelter and rescue. Good luck finding a dog.
