Which grows to be larger? Would a male or female be more athletic? One another question is I’m about to buy a pit-bull but i got a female yorkshire terrier toy size, would it be a bad idea to get a male pit-bull?
males are generally bigger, i own 1 male and 2 females my two females are 11 months and my male at 7 months towers over them ill attach a pic.
anyways my females are way more hyper then my male, but they are all very athletic dogs, damn near all Pit Bulls are that what they were bred for. there would be no problem having a male with your female right now, just have her spayed.

depends if the female is fixed, otherwise if they are not fixed then you could get puppy later on. i think that the male and female putbull are about the same size.

Eventually the pit and the yorkie will fight for dominance. This will end up with the Yorkie getting hurt. I would respectfully recommend against a pit.

I would say a male, male. Why buy a pit when their is plenty in shelters, aspca, humane society or a pitbull rescue.

Hi,
I’m not sure which would be more “athletic”…I have a male AND a female, and they both have the potential to be active. But the male is bigger, for sure. I don’t think it would be a bad idea at all to get a male, and have your yorkie….just remember that pits have a high prey drive, so make sure you supervise all interaction between the 2 dogs.
Best of luck
