Depends on where you live. Grooming around here (MO) costs $25-35+ for my shih tzus. They go according to hair length, if they’ve been groomed before, how many matts they have, etc. Your best bet is to pull out the phone book & start calling! Oh yeah, keep in mind that for a good groomer, you’re probably going to have to schedule at least a few weeks ahead of time!

my yorkie mix- it’s about 45 for the cheapest cut (skipping the ear cleaning and the other junk they try to ad on) and that includes a bath.
It’s not that hard to do it yourself- I do my dog myself- just buy the kit and it has a video to show you how.
