re: yorkie puppy pooping?

hi i just asked a question about my yorkie having problems defecating. but no the poop wasn't stuck in her bottom it was stuck on the fur but she's got a hair cut today. and to the person who asked what kinds dog food i used i feed her PURINA PUPPY CHOW, healthy life nutrition. but after i noticed the poop sticking to her fur she got a little red around the bottom looks like a tiny rash. Thanks for all the help!

The little red rash may be hemorrhoids if she has been straining and unable to poop due to constipation.
