They're probably a …
They're probably a kennel and don't groom their babies very often. When they do, they rush through it because they have so many dogs to care for. Kennels are only in for the money. They don't care for the dogs.

Im not a groomer …
Im not a groomer but i have cut my yorkie/shih tzu mix myself and I have never used big scissors like those and I always shielded his eyes with my hand before I cut his hair to prevent from jabbing his eye (obviously) and letting hair fall into his eye as its falling down from being cut. And i for sure didnt hold his face like that.

I've been a Yorkie …
I've been a Yorkie owner for over 12 years now and I shudder every time I see this clip! I would never let this lady handle my dogs like that! You can even hear this little guy squeal while his hair is being pulled! I do my own grooming and a little coaxing/training, love and encouragement goes a long way. Huge scary shears and rough handling does not! Thumbs down!

Why are you holding her like that. I have a yorkie myself and she will stand still if I hold her firmly by the chin. I learned that from a groomer with 20yrs experience.
