You can’t. Unless you luck up and find one in a shelter or rescue. Breeding dogs ethically is not cheap, so neither are the dogs. Breeders have to pay for vet bills, medical testing, vaccinations, stock, grooming and whelping supplies, registration fees, food, etc etc. It all adds up and $200 doesn’t even scratch the surface of what a breeder invests in even one dog. Which would you be willing for them to cut corners on just to meet your budget?
I would suggest that you take your time and save your money. Concentrate your search less on price and more on finding a reputable breeder. Like all other indulgences in life, you have to pay for what you want. Dogs are no different.

At your local shelter or rescue possibly. You are NOT going to find a wellbred purebred yorkie from a reputable breeder for that price.
