Check the breeder list from the Yorkshire Terrier Club of America.

ADD:
Purebred dogs aren't "loaded with health problems". A reputable breeder breeds for the entire package, which includes conformation, health, temperament, and [where applicable] working ability.
The OFA statistics show that genetic health problems in purebreds are on the *decrease* as medical technology in screening for genetic health issues advances.
http://www.offa.org/stats.html
Mutts aren't routinely screened for genetic health problems, they only are found out when the health problems are causing the dog problems. The distinction isn't between mutt and purebred, it's between a well-bred dog versus a poorly bred dog. Mutts, by their nature, are always poorly bred. (Doesn't mean that aren't great pets.) Purebreds can be poorly bred too. A well-bred purebred has a higher chance of being healthy than both a poorly-bred purebred and a mutt.

Adopt one at a shelter. They have some beautiful yorkies that need homes. And Animal Planet suggests petfinder.com

you have expansive taste in dogs! lol anyways you must only buy from someone who will promise a life time guarantee on the dog. this way if the dog get ill after a year or few then they must either take the dog back and ofter you a new puppy.
a reputable breeder will be someone who breeds dogs to better the breed and make that dog perfect so to compete and win dog shows. this way you get a dog that was breed to perfection and the breeder gets the best looking dog to show off in dog shows.

make sure you read many books about the breed before you buy the pup! this way you are prepared and know what to expect. expect to pay close to $600 to $1,500 or more. boy dogs are cheaper and more in love with you and girl dogs just love you and cost so much more!
