Petfinder is the best place to go. They have cute dogs on the website in your area or around the world. Hope you find the Yorkie that’s right for you!!!

ok. the only way you should ever get a dog is from a breeder because you really can’t rely on these websites…and if you want your dog tame and not wild, definitely go see a breeder.

A shelter or Yorkie rescue is the only place you will find one for so little. Normally you can add a zero to the end of that amount. You certainly won't find one from a reputable breeder for so little. Try petfinder. You just put in your zip code and it will tell you of Yorkie's within a certain area.

Getting a dog from a website you know nothing about is just setting you up for a heartbreak. Most of these dogs are from puppy mills and can be quite sick when they come to you.
Try the local rescues first. There are many Yorkies who need a loving home. The dog might not be 9 weeks, but you will certainly find one that will love you like no other! They have puppies too. The website below will help you find one in your state.

Try http://www.petfinder.com/
Just type in the type of animal, breed you're interested in, age, sex, and your area, and you'll get many results.
Or go to your local shelter/rescue/pound and look for one waiting to be adopted. Maybe once you go you'll see another breed you might be interested in, although it sounds like you're pretty set on a Yorkie. =]

You're not going to find a yorkie puppy for $150 or less. Unless it is one that is riddled with health problems. "Cheap" purebred puppies usually end up being much more expensive that paying a higher price for a well bred puppy from a responsbile breeder as you end up paying huge amounts for medical bills. Also most responsible breeders won't release toy breeds to new homes until 12 weeks old and no resposnible breeder sells puppies online. If you want a health Yorkie puppy from a responsible breeder expect to pay $800-1200 minimum for a pet quality puppy. You may be able to get a dog or an older puppy from a rescue for less but still expect to pay more than $150. Also at the rate people are currently surrenduring their pets you may be able to find a Yorkie at your local shelter for what ever their adoption fee is but again it is not going to be a young puppy. Also consider that if you can't afford to pay for the puppy you are likely not to be able to afford to care for it properly especially if a major medical problem or an emergancy arrises

go to the store and buy a poster of a yorkie! $150 is nothing if that’s all you have for a dog

I found a GREAT site that has the perfect dogs for you!

One is as below $7.00!
Oh, wait, you mean the ones you might want to INVEST in? The living, breathing ones that require a TON of money? Sorry, those aren’t for you. They’re for someone who cares more about the dog’s well-being than their wallet.

if you want a first class yorkie, buy from a good breeder
if you just have a heart for yorkies, get one from the rescue shelter
if you dont have a heart for yorkies, but will have a heart for one special yorkie, either get a puppy from a breeder or from someone whos dog had a litter. Usually the last scenario is a lot cheaper.
You can just google something like “buy yorkie puppy in…” and then your city and state.
sometimes craigslist.org lists yorkie puppies given away practically for free. Look up your area on that website. I’d really suggest buying a puppy from your area, so that you can see him and play with him before your final purchase.
yorkies are adorable!

Dogs are wonderful, complex creatures that CANNOT be ordered over the internet like a pair of shoes.
Breeders who breed happy, healthy dogs that won't have their hips break at 2 years old and are free of genetic problems are breeders who will screen you, ask you tons of questions and will possibly see what your home environment is like. These kinds of breeders are the best ones, the ones who breed their dogs and love them like family and want to see them go to a good home that will appreciate them. The money they make on the purchase price of their dogs barely covers the money they put into them for good food, vet bills, and assorted other doggy needs. The puppies are not sold until 7-8 weeks to give them proper time with their littermates and mother, which will benefit them the rest of their life.
A bad breeder will sell his dog to whoever has the money and breeds dogs that have inherited behavior and health problems, like fatal diseases and unsound hips and elbows, which make the dog miserable, sick, and will cost the family hundreds to thousands of dollars on surgeries and medicines. A bad breeder will breed dogs that are not even purebred, or breed two breeds together and wants over a thousand dollars for a designer "mutt." A bad breeder breeds a female from the time she has her very first heat at a few months old (not waiting to see if she is indeed healthy and sound at 2 years old) and will breed her every time until she becomes worn out, sick, or dies. A bad breeder will provide food and water, but only when he/she remembers it and the food is of such terrible quality that the dogs usually eat their own fecal matter or dirt to try and survive, and the water is usually so filthy that the dog won't touch it. A bad breeder doesn't touch the dogs except to move them, and won't groom them, give them any veterinary care, or play with them and expose them to things that a dog will have to be used to living with humans, so these dogs are afraid of people in hats, vacuum cleaners, tile floors, loud noises, children, cars, and pretty much everything in general. A bad breeders DOES sell to pet stores and sells his dogs through the internet, usually offering shipping as a "bonus," and will ship out his puppies as young as 2 weeks old to get them at the pet store at about 2 months old.
That is the reality of good breeders and bad breeders. If you really have your heart set on a Yorkshire Terrier, and NOT just because they look "cute," check out Petfinder.org.
Good luck!

I would try rescuing a puppy from a local shelter, or you can go on petfinder and do some searching for the exact type of dog that you want, and you can even look for the age of the animal on their site. I rescued my dog from Petfinder, she was only 6 weeks old when I got her so anything that she learned was taught by me training her. I would never go to a breeder with so many puppies available to rescue. Oh, if you decide to rescue from petfinder they will arrange to drive the animal to your area when they are dropping off other puppies to be rescued in the same area. Good Luck
