i have a yorkie terrier….and she hasnt been eating or drinking water. i want to know if somebody to help me and let me know she is being this way
i just gave my dog tuna….and she is eating it…do you think its too much for her
Go to the vet for they could find out. It could be something serious. Don’t ever feed your dog just canned food, dry food should be the main source for your dog.

Well i dont know what to do for the water half, but try getting her to eat by finding a brand she likes, or try canned wet food. If this does not improve,i would go to a vet asap!

Maybe she’s not hungry or is upset about something! I would take her to the vet to make sure nothing is wrong with her stomach. If she eats plants or grass whenever you take her out than she’s sick and the dog food is probably making her sick or she feels that it won’t help make her better.

Try the stinkiest wet food you can find. Try things like chicken nuggets, fish sticks, cheese, or hot dogs. If she really has no interest in eating or drinking, you need a vet’s advice or she could become seriously dehydrated.

Since she is not eating and not drinking I would take her to the vet. Dogs can get finicky about their food sometimes, but the not drinking part indicates that something may be wrong.

I would take her to the doctor, I always take my two dog at any sign of sickness, they can see if there is anything really wrong with her. After taking her depending on what they say you should buy some new brand of food. My dogs will not drink their water if;
1. The bowl has anything in it, like flakes of food or dust.
2. The water in the bowl is hot or slightly above room temp.
You might want to play around with the temp of the water your giving your dog. I hope this helps, and that your little yorkie gets to eating again soon.
