A toy size (the smallest size) or a cat collar as a puppy and depending on how big he grows when he’s an adult maybe a small. He could just stay into the toy size. My Chihauhua had a toy when she was a puppy and she’s almost a year and still in a toy or small (depending on the collar) Hope I helped:):)

Do they make super duper extra baby micro small? Buy the smallest size, your toy will never outgrow it.

When my Pomeranian was a puppy, she was so small I couldn’t find a collar small enough to fit her. I used an old watch band! Maybe you could try a ferret collar while the Yorkie is a pup, & switch to the smallest size dog collar as an adult. Happy hunting!
