me and my family have just got a yorkie it is 11 weeks old but we don’t know when we should feed him (hourly) so when should we?
If the puppy had come from a reputable breeder you would have all the necessary information on feeding and raising/.training the puppy in the next few weeks, plus a contract and a promise of a lifetime support and advice. #
As you have none of this you probably got it from a shop or BYB, therefore the links below may help:

3 times a day, morning, late afternoon and around 9pm or an hour before going to walk him the last time and go to sleep.

What did the breeder tell you to feed him when you brought him home? You should have received that information along with his papers and vaccination records.

First – buy only quality puppy food for small breeds. This is very important. You may want to get the food from your vet or have them help recommend. And on all quality foods, they have a feeding allowance and schedule that they recommend. Follow those guidelines. All foods are different and depending on the quality of the food, that will determine the amount to be given.
However, puppies should normally be fed more often especially small breeds. Their blood sugar runs low very quickly. This is life threatening. Seriously and quickly life threatening. So make sure you feed 3 to 4 time per day. You can’t go wrong if you make sure their nutritional needs are met at this age!!!

You should feed him the same kind of food that the breeder was feeding him. If you want to change the type of food do it gradually mixing in some of the new food with the old food in increasing amounts. you should feed him at least 3 times a day, small breeds sometimes have a problem keeping their glucose levels stable when they are puppies. When I got my SHih tzu last year my vet suggested mixing plain yogurt and warm water with the food. It allegedly helps them digest their food easier.
