I live in the southeast area of Houston and I can't seem to find anyone close to me that sells yorkie or chihuahua pups. I'm looking for very small sized. (something I can afford to take care of)

You probably won't be able to find a yorkie or chihuahua puppy for $200 – $300. Maybe a chi but not a yorkie. At least, not a healthy one anyway. Try petfinder.com. Also keep an eye out at your local animal shelters. I know it's a long shot, but I used to work at an animal shelter, and every once in a while we would get pure breed dogs in. Also keep an eye out at animal control.
