I couldn't find any Yorkies at a low price, BUT would you consider another small breed dog at a low price in Tennessee?
This one is a Shih Tzu, the family is moving, they say that she is registered.

Go to the AKC site and look for a dog show in your area. Than visit the show. There will be a number of breeders there who will help you find the right dog. They have to decide early in the puppy life if they think it will be a show dog. They are never 100% right, so you can get a high quality dog. If you are seeking a female to breed expect to pay more.

GO to a shelter search fr yorkies in Tennessee area but do BEWARE there are scams out there if you are searching on the web so if it sounds too good to be true it probably is!

Good luck I am looking and have been for about 6 months. I live in knoxville I found some in the paper but they were over $600 for a female. The ones that were less either didn't look healthy or I didn't care for the breeder or they were gone. I found the sweetest little guy he is half yorkie and half maltese he is pure white but other then that he looks just like a yorkie he is super sweet and has a great personality.
