Always go through a breed club for a WHWT, unfortunately, there are many unscrupulous breeders of this breed who produce puppies with health & temperament problems. At the bottom of the page on this link is a list of breed clubs. Contact the secretary who should be able to put you in touch with reputable breeders. The other link also contains useful information on the breed.

& contacting a breed club – as you've already been recommended.
Why not also have a look on the Champdogs site – breeders listing shows area – I think that most of the advertisers on Champdogs also show their dogs & so any puppies will be KC registered. The kennel page links on the site also link you to the breeders websites (those that have them) – which is good if you want to get a feel for the type of breeder they are & what their dogs are like:

Good luck
PS Champdogs also gives links to breed clubs
