Who breeds mutts? Irresponsible breeders that shouldn’t be allowed to own dogs. Why do you want a cross breed? Try your local shelters or buy a purebred from a responsible breeder that shows their dogs and does all the required health tests before breeding. You are likely to pay more for a badly bred mutt from un-tested parents than you are for a show quality purebred.

Good that means there are no irresponsible breeders intentionally breeding mutts in your area. If you want a mixed breed try your local shelter
