I'm looking for a Yorkie breeder who has a good reputation and not an insane price. Thanks!

A well bred Yorkie from a responsible breeder will cost $750-$1500 for a companion animal. If that's 'insane', then look into rescue. http://www.petfinder.com has a ton of Yorkies that need homes – and yes, even puppies.
