How Will You Know if a Yorkshire Terrier Is Really Pure Breed?

i’m planning to buy a dog and may i know if this is a pure one? http://www.sulit.com.ph/index.php/view+classifieds/id/2144230/referralKeywords/yorkshire+terrier/yorkshire+terrier+puppies (male puppy #5)

Supposedly they have papers (I can only guess as to wether or not that’s a real kennel club or a fake registry since I’m not familiar with the country) which suggests that they are pure bred.

I would be extremely wary of someone who is charging different prices for males and females though. That’s not something that someone who cares about the welfare of the dogs does.. That’s something that someone who just wants money does.

Well apparently they have Philippine Canine Club Inc papers. So they may very well be purebred even if they aren’t the best examples of the breed. If you want a Yorkie and have the money for one get one that looks like one.

You should never purchase a dog from a pet store or from people who sell them on the internet, because those people are just out to make money. A lot of times the dogs you buy from these sources are not complete purebreds. From looking at the pictures of the dogs, they could be yorkies, but they definitely are not good representatives of the breed.

the ONLY way to know for sure that you are getting a purebred dog is to buy from a reputable breeder.. not from someone who advertises in classified sites.
