Questions About Girl Yorkshire Terrier Puppies?

I’ve never owned a girl dog so I was wondering do they have periods? If there is any other information on girls dogs that I should know tell me please. thanks

& if she isnt spayed will she have "estrus"?

Female dogs=bitches=do *****NOT*** have "periods"! ESTRUS is the EXACT OPPOSITE of menstruation!

& Pets are SPAYED…so they do NOT ever come into estrus!

They come into season at 6-9 months old and then twice a year. They season lasts 3 weeks and they bleed for about one week. The solution is to her her spayed.
