Yorkie puppies?
My mom and I are thinking about getting one but we don't no much about the breed. Are yorkie puppies easy to train? Tell us everything you know, whether you own one are know somebody that has. Thanks:)

They tend to be stubborn, but this varies from animal to animal.

Your best bet is to talk to breeders you might like to get a pup from. They should wear out your ears telling you more than you ever wanted to know because they love the breed so much. While you are learning you can find out what they do to make sure their puppies are healthy. Do they do health testing (blood tests and xrays, etc.)?

If you want to go with a rescue. talk to rescues instead. They can tell you about specific animals they have.

Please don't get a puppy from a pet store or over the internet. That's how puppy mills unload their pups. They tend to be abused and very unhealthy. Plus who wants to support puppy millers?

If you go through legitimate channels (good breeder or rescue) there will be plenty of people eager to answer all your questions and make sure you know what you are getting into before you commit.
