I Live in Southern California and I dont Really know any Pet Places other than pet-co and they dont sale dogs like that there so i was wondering does anyone know where in california i can purchase one for not such an expensive price??

Try going to an Adoption Center like SPCA. You will be saving a life and sometimes they come with some first shots done! Hope I helped,
