A Quick Question About Yorkshire Terriers?

I heard there are different types of coats that yorkies have, one is a soft coat, and the second is a proper silk coat, but what is the difference? I have a yorkie and i would like to know. Please post a picture, if you can so i can see the difference. thanks!

It's the texture of the coat. A silk coat feels silky (like hair). A soft coat is thicker and feels sort of like cotton or fur.

Sometimes it is kind of hard to tell the coat texture until you feel it but I think this might be one with a soft coat
